Update – 6th January 2021

In line with the latest Government guidance, we can continue to undertake work in other people’s homes – meaning our home measure and fitting services will continue as normal and any appointments already booked and future appointments made, will be fulfilled.

Our showroom is temporarily closed. Unfortunately we do have to temporarily close until further notice, apart from those customers wishing to collect their blinds or curtains.

Home Appointments – Making it safe for everyone


Booking an appointment:

  • In-home appointments are allowed. To arrange your free in-home appointment please call our team on 01782 771117.
  • If you are feeling unwell or are self-isolating we ask that you call us on 01782 771117 to rearrange your appointment


Before we visit:

  • Please make sure the window cills and area we are working in is clear of furniture, ornaments, and any other items.
  • Where possible we ask that you open the windows so the area is well ventilated
  • If where possible please open all internal doors leading to the work area so we do not have to touch them


During our visit:

  • All of our advisors have safety clothing such as gloves, masks and shoe covers
  • Your advisor will observe strict social distancing measures throughout your appointment
  • Our advisors will sanitise their hands, equipment and sample books before every appointment
