Looking for something fun to do with the family on New Year’s Eve? Winter Wonderland’s fabulous New Year’s Eve fireworks show and live entertainment will see you celebrating until 1 am.

Do your little ones love trains? Are they desperate to see Santa? Then why not take a ride on the Apedale Valley Light Railway and meet the man himself.
Book a festive 15-minute ride on a steam train and visit Santa in his grotto at the Apedale Heritage Centre on the weekends of 14th and 15th, and 21st and 22nd December. All Children will receive a gift from Santa and adults will be treated to a warm drink.

The Hippie Christmas market will be at the Best Western Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Hotel, 66 Trinity Street on 14th December, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Entry is £3 for adults and free for children.
The New Vic Theatre never fails to put on a fabulous Christmas production and this year we’re being treated to a new adaptation of The Prince and the Pauper.
